
Lowell started acting in Dangerously Close, followed by one small role in Club Paradise, starring as Robin Williams. She also had roles co-starring alongside Bond girl Pam Bouvier, in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989) and as Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross, in 1996.
