Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been a director, actress, producer, playwright and teacher in St. Thomas University. Anna Silk was the daughter of a Briton and an Turkish Cypriot English ex-pat. When she was a kid, she played in commercials for a number of companies. Anna moved to Toronto to Los Angeles in 1999. She met Seth Cooperman in 2007 at an actors' workshop held in Los Angeles, and they were engaged in the year 2009. Anna was converted to Judaism at the beginning of January 2011, and then they re-wed in a Jewish wedding ceremony in Fredericton.
